A call to all bookmakers, designers, publishers, institutions, and print creators. Please consider working with a local printer on your upcoming projects. Local printers and print houses are unfortunately starting to disappear (with Zwaan Lenoir declaring bankruptcy this month as the most recent one), as print production in the Netherlands moves to seemingly cheaper options abroad. Instead, invest in the extensive knowledge, experience and traditions of local printers.
